Q. Where can I use my Debit Card?
A. At any United States Post Office, retail merchants, or ATMs that have a POS (Point of Sale) terminal that allows you to enter a PIN; and display any of the same logos as appear on the back of your card. You must select “Debit” at POS terminals, and at ATMs you must select “Checking.”

Note: If the store allows, you can get cash back at the POS (Point of Sale) terminal.

Q. The wrong dollar amount was charged to my account when I made a POS purchase. What should I do?
A. If you notice you were overcharged on your store receipt, contact the store for a credit. If you do not get resolution contact Cardholder Services.

Q. Can I make a return at the POS?
A. Yes, you can make a return. Remember to have your receipt available. Return to the retailer and the retailer will process the transaction to credit your account. Please allow up to two business days for you to receive the credit to your account.

Q. Can I get cash back at a POS terminal?
A. Yes, if the merchant allows you to get cash back.

Q. Is there a charge to get cash back at the POS terminal?
A. You are charged a fee to use the POS terminal (refer to your disclosure), but no additional fee is charged to get cash back.

Q. When I take money out using an ATM machine, will the receipt show my balance?
A. You should always get a receipt when using ATM machines; however, you will not get a current balance. If you do not receive a receipt you can obtain a list of transactions you’ve made by logging on to the Internet or by calling the IVR to listen to your transaction history.

Q. I used the ATM machine and the machine took my card, what should I do?
A. Contact Cardholder Services. The bank will not be able to assist you.

Q. Can I make a deposit at any ATM machine?
A. No, you cannot make a deposit with your Debit Card at an ATM machine, even if the ATM machine displays the same logos as those shown on the back of your card.

Q. Where is my PIN (personal identification number) located, and when do I use it?
A. The PIN is located on the card carrier, beneath you new U.S. Cash WorldCard. Your PIN is used when you make a POS (Point of Sale) transaction, or when you use an ATM machine.

Note: Make sure you do not discard your card carrier, as it is the only record of your PIN. You may contact Cardholder Services for details on how to replace your PIN number

Q. Can I choose or change my PIN?
A. No, the PIN numbers are generated at the time the card is printed and chosen randomly.

Q. Where can I find my Passcode?
A. The Passcode is located on the card mailer beneath your new U.S. Cash WorldCard.

Q. When do I use my Passcode?
A. Your Passcode is used when you log onto the Internet, or use the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to access your account. The first time you access your account the system may force you to change the Passcode.

Q. I lost my Passcode. How can I obtain that number?
A. Contact Cardholder Services for assistance.

Q. My card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
A. Contact Cardholder Services immediately. Once your card has been reported lost, or stolen, it is made inactive immediately. The inactivation cannot be reversed. A replacement card fee will be debited from your Debit Card. It takes approximately two weeks to receive a new card in the mail. You can request that your card be sent overnight, to you, for an additional fee.

Q. Can I change my address via the Internet?
A. Yes, you can do an address and phone number change on the Internet.

Q. Do I get a billing statement at the end of each month for my Debit Card?
A. No, you will not receive a billing statement for your Debit Card. You can get your transaction history that has posted to your card, by logging onto the Internet at www.uscash.org and clicking on Cardholder Activity or calling the IVR system at 1-800-689-0918; press “1” for the Enhanced Services Menu.
