Private Label proves to be the largest volume of business available to U.S. Cash. Major corporations, retailers, department stores and marketers serving the industry desire to utilize their own brand name under the Worldcard platform.

Unbankable clients: 29% of the U.S. population that do not have and can not obtain a bank account can store their money on their U.S. Cash Worldcard. It’s safe, held in a national bank and is FDIC insured. Employers love it. These cards accept direct deposit of payroll. Clients love it because they don’t have to carry cash and the money is available at most ATM machines and banks, and authorized merchants, when they need it. They as well can make purchases at merchants that accept debit card transactions.

U.S. Cash now derives additional revenue from the payroll service monthly, but more importantly, enjoys the monthly profits derived from the paycards in which the payroll is deposited to and the monthly transaction fees generated from the usage by the employee cardholder.

A Booming Industry

The stored value product industry in 2003 generated 40 billion U.S. dollars. In 2004 it leaped to over 100 billion in the U.S. alone. According to statistics provided through Card Management Association and published in Inc. Magazine, the industry is expected to exceed the trillion dollar mark by 2009.

International Processing Platforms

In a unique joint venture with Global Technology and FinProTec, a subsidiary of U.S. Cash, U.S. Cash is now able to duplicate and implement the total processing platform and system utilized in the U.S. in other countries around the globe. This system comprising of the most highly secured specialize software systems in a real time internet application is connected to the main hub for international transactions which then is connected through the global connection networks like Maestro, Cirrus, Star, Pulse, Interlink, Global and many others that allow usage of products at ATM machines and P.O.S. terminals everywhere. As well, the system hub is then connected to all banks and allows electronic transfer of funds. The processing platform records and documents all transactions that occur from the cards, calculates and appropriately distributes the fees derived from such transactions.

For card products, FinProTec’s system is duplicated as part of the overall platform to manufacture the card products which involves the plastic, private label print, encrypting, inserting chips, programming and distributing. As well it becomes a 24 hour call center for cardholders providing them guidance, assistance and add-on products. This service center controls the activation of all cards first documenting and storing the appropriate cardholder information then programming and activating their card so it can be loaded.

U.S. Cash is able to sell via license rights the entire platform to approved operators in countries outside the U.S. Once an operator is approved and provides funds, U.S. Cash and its affiliates travel to the operator’s pre-approved highly secured location, and install all equipment, specialized software, perform all connecting links, test the system and then train personnel to operate.

Once operational, U.S. Cash and their affiliates will provide ongoing support and monitoring of the system from our U.S. based platform in Houston, Texas and product support from Riverside, California.

How does U.S. Cash earn revenue?

Licensee pays all expense and travel upfront. Once the system is operating, U.S. Cash will earn from the transactions of all the cards in the system.
