Summary:
U.S. Cash, Inc. is
a Nevada U.S. Corporation. It started business in March of 2000
after eighteen months of research and development.
U.S. Cash, Inc. is
a financial services company with a vast array of financial related
products and services. Its primary customer base for its financial
products and services includes the unbankable, low to middle income
and fixed income individuals. Although stored value products,
such as prepaid debit cards, gift cards, loyalty cards and employee
paycards are the primary focus, U.S. Cash, Inc. provides many
ancillary products and services through various venues all of
which are complementary to the financial services industry.
U.S. Cash, Inc. is
comprised of five significant divisions:

Each division has
its own focus while being a vital part in marketing, servicing
and generating revenue from the stored value products which are
the primary revenue sources for U.S. Cash, Inc.
The retail outlets,
a profit center of their own are primarily a testing ground for
stored value products and services for development and still serve
as an additional revenue providing division. We offer many other
financial products and services in our outlets such as: check
cashing, cash advances, bill payment, tax services, and many retail
prepaid products such as: phone cards, U.S. Cash WorldCard and
home phone services.
FPT Merchant POS
systems were specifically designed and engineered to allow merchants
to effectively become retailers for the U.S. Cash WorldCard and
other U.S. Cash stored value products. As well, the FPT Merchant
POS System includes a fully loaded Point of Sale, Cash Management,
Stored Value Card Loading, Inventory Control software and includes
the hardware components which are the touch screen monitor, the
printer, the receipt printer, and the mag stripe reader and optional
items include the bar code scanner, bar code printer, check imaging,
check readers, and check verification.
U.S. Cash Custom
Payroll was put together to allow U.S. Cash’s PayCard to
have a more competitive position in the marketplace. Not only
does U.S. Cash provide the PayCard, but U.S. Cash provides the
employer with a full service custom payroll. Our full service
payroll is one of the most competitive total payroll programs
in the market today. With our joint efforts we can provide employers
with a totally paperless payroll.
FinProTec plays a
vital role in the ongoing services after the sale of a U.S. Cash
WorldCard to ensure customer retention. FinProTec serves as a
multi-purpose entity by providing Cardholder Services, dual processing
support and accounting, merchant service call center and card
providers full service support.
Sales
and Marketing
With U.S. Cash’s
need to get its products and services in the hands of end consumers,
we put together a marketing strategy to enable the quickest most
accurate, coast to coast sales, rather than focusing our time
and efforts on single markets one at a time.
The U.S. Cash marketing
team now consists of Independent Sales Organizations with representatives
already in the market place servicing merchants and employers.
By contracting with merchants, we have retailers that can now
not only sell stored value products but can activate, load and
reload stored value cards. By contracting with employers, revenue
can be earned from the payroll system while also earning revenue
from the usage of U.S. Cash PayCard. U.S. Cash utilizes it own
retail outlets and its internet web site to market and sell the
U.S. Cash WorldCard.
With the total stored
value product platform in place, working effectively and efficiently,
U.S. Cash is in the process of establishing a duplicated platform
in various other selected markets where need exists, competition
is low and feasibility/demographics show a sufficient customer
base.
U.S. Cash intends
to capture a fair share of the marketplace over the next couple
of years to provide high volume revenue while capturing above
average profit. This will allow long term growth and stability
causing U.S. Cash to be one of the top leaders in the stored value
industry.
